I have taught English overseas for a lengthy period then returned to the UK. Currently I work as a private tutor teaching key stage 1 and 2 maths and English for pupils who need extra support, my teaching style is very creative as I believe this helps children to be more confident about their learning, consequently children are happier and more stable. I also support university students in writing academic assignments. In the past, I have worked in primary schools, which I really enjoyed, in addition to teaching in further educational settings teaching functional skills, sociology, childcare, health and social care. I also do some supply work in secondary schools teaching English, sociology, childcare, health and social care, which is really fun.
