Hi I'm Yetty and I'm a Science Teacher. I have been a teacher for the last 3 years and teach all the sciences (especially the AQA curriculum) up to GCSE level. I've done some tutoring for family and friends in the past and I have really enjoyed the chance to go deeper with explanations. Chemistry is my speciality and I really enjoy it as it was one of the subjects that clicked for me whilst doing my A-levels. I have a Masters in Chemical Engineering because I loved Maths and Chemistry at school and wanted to combine my love of Maths and Chemistry at university. Understanding the basics in any of the sciences is hard so I drill down using lots of examples to ensure that the foundation is laid. This enables you to then build on this and answer challenging questions. So I'm happy to help build those foundations so that you can then move on to the harder more challenging questions enabling you to succeed.

Hi, I'm Jack. I love music and scuba diving and have always had a keen interest in science. I started tutoring during my second year of university where I was part of the University of Bath's 'Chemistry Crew', a group of older students that first years could come to for help with any work they were struggling with. Since completing university I have helped various family friend's children study for their A-levels and GCSE's, giving them some extra guidance before they sat their exams. I've mainly studied Chemistry but have always had a keen interest in Biology as well, and took many biology based modules during my degree. With my experience studying science at GCSE, A-level and university i'm confident I can help your child achieve their best results for their upcoming exams.

I am half Chinese, half Thai. I grew up from a mixed-cultural background, having lived in Hong Kong, Singapore, and currently London. I hold a BSc in Biology from Imperial College London and a D Phil in Ophthalmology (Visual Neuroscience) from University of Oxford (Wolfson College). Having gone through the GCSE and IB system myself, I offer students specialised support in subjects including Biology, Chemistry and Mandarin Chinese (Standard or Higher). I am also familiar with the A-level system as I have been teaching students in London over the last 12 years. Additionally, I am keen on supporting beginners or business professionals who are interested in learning Mandarin Chinese. I am a good listener, and a patient tutor. I always seek to build a trusting relationship with the tutees, whose learning progress and comfort is a top priority.
