I studied at Wycombe Abbey School from the age of 11 until 18. I attained 7 A* and 3 A's at GCSE's and then an A* in Economics and an A in Maths and Biology at A Level . I then enrolled for Economics and Social Policy at London School of Economics and Political Science.
During my time at school I helped many girls prepare for both their Spanish GCSE and A Level especially focusing on improving their oral skills.
I believe that the best ways to attain the best results is by using methods such as active recall and spaced repetition and therefore aim to involve these in my teaching in order to retain information both in the short term and in the long term.
I have many academic interests which have been heightened at university. For example a niche topic of economics, Game Theory, which I have I always found very interesting, led me to enrol in Brown Universities Game Theory summer course. Furthermore, asides from my academic interests I have also taken part in many sporting activities throughout my years at school and university, playing for county and club netball at school and then continuing to play for LSE's netball first team.
