I'm currently doing another masters in coaching Psychology from the University of East London. I taught human Psychology to bachelor's students at the University of Swat as a Psychology Lecturer. I have a deeper intrinsic enthusiasm and love for teaching and tutoring the subjects i love. I have been involved in delivering CBT Counselling, Life coaching and Mentoring. I have an interactive, supportive and empowering teaching style. I teach both online and in person. I have done so for more than 5 years now and my students are more than satisfied. I studied at Culford School and achieved nine GCSE and three A-level grades. For GCSE, I received Maths (A*), Biology (7), Chemistry (7), Physics (7), Physical Education (9) and at A-levels, I received Psychology (A), Physical Education (A*)and Biology (C). Now I study Criminology and Forensic Studies and the University of Portsmouth. I have tutored children in my old school at Culford in afterschool activities with their homework and revision for upcoming tests and exams. I also coach hockey at level 2, which is a form of teaching as you teach children a skill before they have My first lesson will consist of getting to know you and your learning style. The basic structure of my lessons is split into three sections. Firstly introduction activities to your topic, activities that engage the brain. Next is the main part of the sessions, where we would go through the content and then go through questions or a game to embed learning. Finally, to end the session, we would review the session where you tell me how you felt the session went, what I can improve on, what you feel went well and what you still need to work on. I love hockey, competing and coaching. Exercise is good for your mental health, and I love to play hockey; at University, I am on the girls' first team. In my downtime, I love to do some drawing and painting. I am no professional, but it's such a relaxing activity. Singing is another activity I do when I am by myself as it helps me express myself and a chance to belt out my favourite tunes.

I am currently a Principal Clinical Psychologist leading a mental health service in the NHS. I completed my doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology at UCL and worked as a Trainee Clinical Psychologist in the NHS. I completed my undergraduate degree in Psychology and Education at McGill University, Canada. I specialized in developmental psychology during my MSc. Studies at the Anna Freud Center, UCL. Over the course of my academic, clinical and professional careers, I tutored undergraduate students with their prerequisite psychology courses (Introduction to Psychology, Statistics, Behavioural Neuroscience, Perception, Cognition). I have multiple years of experience working with hard-to-reach, hard-to-engage students in different complex settings. I am an experienced IB tutor in psychology and TOK. In addition, I mentor students with their university applications and personal statements (UCAS, Canadian & US applications). I believe in open, encouraging and attuned teaching. My basic tutoring approaches are to guide students to discover what type of learning style works for them; gain lots of feedback and tailor the sessions to suit the learning needs of students; combine multiple visual and creative strategies to encourage learning. I love to practice mindfulness and encourage all my students to use mindfulness strategies to deal with the different stressors in their lives. I am also a big fan of spoken word poetry.

I studied for my GCSEs and A-levels at Wallington High School for Girls. In my GCSEs, I have achieved 10 grade 9s, 1 grade 8, 1 grade 7 and an A*. Upon completion of my A levels, I have obtained an A* in Mathematics, A* in Psychology, A in Biology and an A* in Tamil. I currently study MSci Biological Sciences at UCL. The reason I love tutoring is the satisfaction it gives me. Watching my students push through to reach their full potential pushes me to keep tutoring. I have tutored students aged 5-16, both in real life and online, in the past two and a half years, subjects including Mathematics, English, 11+, GCSE Biology and GCSE Mathematics. My lessons are tailored to the needs of my students. I check in with my students every lesson to see if there's any specific topics that they need help in, so that I can plan my next lesson using the topics stated, whilst also making sure to completely teach the course that is being taught throughout the period that I tutor. I love to use interactive exercises and talk about exam tips to help my students achieve the greatest mark possible, while also conducting exam-style practice to see how they are improving throughout the tutoring I have given. Appropriate feedback will always be given, to the parents/guardians of the students if preferred as well. I love dancing and listening to some music! I've been dancing since the age of 5 and it's a great part of who I am. I also love to read books, as I find that it helps me wind down from daily life.

Teaching is my Passion but just a profession. I started teaching at a tender age of 12 and since then I've been teaching students from the age of 3 up to 74. I have taught Business, Economics, Accounting, Math, English, Sociology, Biology, Physics, Chemistry, Politics, Geography and History for GCSE/ OL and Advanced Level examinations for popular local and international exam boards including Cambridge, Edexcel, OCR and AQA. During my 22 years of formal school teaching career and more than 25 years of tutoring, I have produced most World Prize Winners who scored 600/600 for the above subjects in the above mentioned examinations consecutively over many years. I have also lectured at Universities and tutored for undergraduates, post graduates and PhD students and helped with their assignments and assessments over the years. My classes are interactive and fun to learn which make the students love not just like the subject. I discuss a range of past exam questions, self-prepared exams and training the students to improve their writing skills in theory subjects and improve their analytical skills in other. My most important asset of all is my flexibility and adaptability to the individual requirements and needs of each student and preparing myself accordingly. This skill I have gained by teaching students of all culture and age groups from 63 different countries. Demo lessons I’ve attached some links below of my demo lessons which will give an idea on my teaching methodology. Please feel free to contact me if you have any more queries. In my career so far, I've been lucky enough to work with some fantastic education institutions including Universities and Colleges in Oxford, India and China. Before I retrained as a teacher, I worked as a Marketing Manager and Project Manager for a University in Oxford, and these skills and responsibilities have helped to shape my adaptable teaching style and capabilities. I would love to hear from you and find out about your training and education needs, and let's achieve your goals, together.

I am a highly accomplished and experienced tutor, boasting a strong foundation in Mathematics. I received my Bachelor of Arts degree from Boğaziçi University in Istanbul, where I majored and completed my degree one year ahead of schedule. Throughout my undergraduate years, I had the pleasure of tutoring students from diverse backgrounds, in subjects ranging from Mathematics to Arabic and Turkish. In 2016, I embarked on a fruitful career as a research assistant in Psychology at Goldsmith University and University College London, where I honed my skills in Counseling Psychology with primary and secondary school children. My academic pursuits led me to pursue a Master of Arts degree in Psychology at The New School in the United States, where I worked as a research assistant at the Psychology Lab. With fluency in Modern Standard Arabic, I am an expert in teaching speaking, reading, and writing skills, as well as classical Arabic and Qur'an reading. My prowess in Mathematics, developed through intensive studies in high school, qualifies me to tutor Maths GCSE as well as Key Stages. I am a highly experienced tutor currently who has a Bachelors in Psychology and a Masters in Applied Clinical Psychology from the University of Exeter. In Sixth Form, I studied the International Baccalaureate but am experienced in tutoring the IB, A-Levels and GCSE. Due to having tutored consistently since 2016 I am still highly connected with the exam boards and the technique required to get great grades! I also completely understand the demands of this period of your life and so will work holistically with you to make sure you not only get through this with the grades you want but also feeling you have succeed without too much extra stress. Through the last 6 years time I have completed over 1000 hours of lessons with more than 50 different students. This means I have seen almost everything and I know that no question is too small. I really appreciate the value of tutoring and have seen so many students gain in confidence through working with me and many have attributed great improvements in grades to our work. If you would like any evidence of previous student testimonials please feel free to ask! Currently I work in the following subject areas: GCSE Biology Chemistry English (Language and Literature) A-Level Psychology Biology IB Psychology For me tutoring is a two way street and I very much believe in us working together to get you where you need to be. I start every lesson with a brief review; how was your week in terms on the subject and what would you like out of today’s lesson? Then at the end of the lesson we review this again and this really helps you to keep track of your own learning. If you want homework for between sessions I am also happy to make suggestions based on areas I feel you need to work on. However, I know these years can be very stressful and so I will only add work if you want it. Overall, I am extremely flexible and can make whatever works for you work for me too!

Hello! I am an English Teacher, having taught English Literature and Language to a wide range of students from years 7 to 11. I have recently graduated from the Teach First programme with distinction, which has a mission of ending educational inequality in the UK by training great teachers and putting them where they're most needed. I taught for two years in a secondary school in Yorkshire. I have also taught at an international school in Spain, where I got on so well with the students that I ended up tutoring some parents in speaking Engilsh as well! My most recent school uses the AQA English GCSE, so I am very familiar with this specification. However, I am confident in teaching the variety of skills needed to approach most specifications used in the UK. Just ask! On top of this hands-on teaching experience, I have also studied educational psychology. In 2020, I gradauted with a first from Bournemouth University with a degree in Psychology. In the final year of this degree, after my year of teaching in Spain, I chose to specialise in educational psychology. This gave me a great insight into how much of an impact you can have when you address each student's individual needs. Transferring this to my tutoring, I always make sure to tailor the sessions to each student. Every student is different, and therefore needs a unique approach to their learning goals. I love teaching in a classroom to a large group, and thrive on the the spontaneity of having so many people focused on the same idea or task. However, I have realised that there is just as much satisfaction in coaching a student 1 to 1. I often teach students who I wish I could teach by themselves to see what they could really achieve with my undivided attention. For this reason, I have turned to tutoring so that I can help people master a variety of English skills. I have already helped my online students to achieve and surpass their predicted grades set by their teachers at school! My intention for my lessons is to encourage independent mastery as soon as possible. I will provide support for you to practice the skills you're looking to improve but I recognise that the aim of tutoring is to improve to a point of not needing it as soon as possible! I follow the tried and tested method of good quality models, joint practice, then independent practice. Book in a chat and let's see what I can help you with!
