My name is Will, and I am an environmental practitioner with a distinction in MSc Environmental Impact Assessment and Management from the University of Manchester. I like to teach lecture style for the first few lessons with interactive sections. As lessons move on, I like to work on questions and focus on activities that will enhance students' ability to succeed. I firmly believe tutoring is less about transferring knowledge and more about improving skills that enable success. The skills I teach my students are skills they will likely use throughout the rest of their lives! These skills are sometimes transferable throughout subjects and occasionally specific to topics. Crucially, I will adapt to how each individual student works!
